What The Dwell House Was.
Launched with Dwell in 2022, the Dwell House brought editorial-grade design to a factory-built ADU: a light-filled one-bedroom with a full kitchen, Scandinavian materials, and the same craned-in, one-day installation as every Abodu. Homes were installed in Sonoma County, Napa, Sebastopol, Healdsburg, Carmel-by-the-Sea, and beyond.

What Replaced It.
The lineup has grown up since the Dwell House. Start with the Abodu Three: a full family home with three bedrooms and two baths in 1,070 Sq Ft, the same factory build quality, a Class A fire-resistant standing seam metal roof as standard, and one fixed all-in price. Want a bath for every bedroom? The Abodu Three+ is the largest Abodu yet: three bedrooms and three baths in 1,195 Sq Ft.
