The Abodu Site Walk
Our team visits your property to conduct a 3D scan, capture drone footage, take precise measurements, map utilities, assess crane access and clearance, and determine the ideal placement for your Abodu.

All-in contract review
We walk you through your detailed all-in contract, including a site plan, installation strategy, and total cost for the unit and all site work. No surprises.

Permitting
We prepare and submit all required permits to your local jurisdiction. You don't lift a finger.

On-site work begins
We prepare your property for installation, including foundation and utility work.

Installation day
Your completed Abodu arrives. Watch as your new prefab ADU is craned into place in a matter of hours. Your dedicated Project Manager handles everything.

Finishing touches
We connect utilities, complete site work, and do a full final inspection before handing you the keys.
